Fund Raising Officer Internship

About the role

The Fund Raising Officer Internship supports IPAC Foundation’s mission to promote infection prevention across Pakistan by identifying and securing funding, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify donors, funding agencies, corporate partners and CSR opportunities aligned with the foundation’s programs.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of donors, foundations, and sponsorship contacts.
• Assist in preparing concept notes, grant applications, donor proposals and sponsorship documents.
• Support the creation of donor reports, presentations and impact materials.
• Collect and organize program data and impact statistics for proposals and communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, PR, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Basic understanding of grant proposals, concept notes, budgets and donor reporting.
• Strong research, writing and communication skills in English.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with donors and partners.
