Fundraising Manager

About the role

The Fundraising Manager leads the end-to-end operations of the fundraising department at the head office in Karachi, driving sustainable resource mobilization through corporate partnerships, institutional grants, individual giving, international chapters and strategic collaborations. The role covers the donor lifecycle, donor systems, fundraising campaigns and events, and long-term donor and partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day fundraising operations, develop annual fundraising plans, monitor performance, pipelines and KPIs, and report to the GM – Development
• Manage the donor journey from prospecting to stewardship, maintain the donor management system (CRM), ensure timely acknowledgements, impact reports and renewals, and design personalized engagement plans
• Oversee corporate outreach, HNIs, non-government grants and research, international chapters and business development
• Build and manage HNI relationships, coordinate donor meetings, site visits, proposals and major gift solicitation
• Plan and run fundraising events, donor appreciation initiatives and engagement campaigns
• Grow earned income by selling textile products and wheelchairs: develop sales strategies, find new markets, supervise the sales team and meet revenue targets
• Develop strategic partnerships with corporates, academic institutions, retail partners, industry and development partners, and maintain the partnerships repository
• Coordinate with international chapters and act as the focal point for their communication, reporting and support from Pakistan

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Development Studies, Social Sciences or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in nonprofit fundraising
• Proven track record managing multiple fundraising portfolios and achieving targets
• Experience engaging corporate donors, institutional funders, philanthropists and strategic partners
