Game Advertising Manager – Gaming Industry

About the role

As a Game Advertising Manager for Pakistan, you will lead performance‑driven advertising initiatives for gaming clients, both local and international. You will work within Transsion’s Mobile Internet Division to create and optimise campaigns that acquire users and generate revenue for game studios and publishers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage game advertiser accounts, handling both local and international clients.
• Design and execute user acquisition (UA) campaigns using CPI, CPA, and CPM models.
• Build and nurture relationships with game studios, publishers and performance agencies.
• Identify scaling opportunities, continuously optimise campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal Ad Ops, Product and Data teams to ensure seamless delivery and optimisation.
• Track pipeline, revenue, and campaign results, providing regular performance reports.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in game advertising or performance marketing.
• Proven track record with mobile ad networks, DSPs or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of CPI and CPA acquisition models.
• Existing network within the gaming ecosystem is a plus.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to execute campaigns efficiently.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
