Game Producer

About the role

We are seeking a Game Producer with 2–3 years of experience in mobile game development to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver high‑quality games on schedule. The role covers the full game lifecycle, from concept through live operations, balancing creativity, timelines, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the production roadmap and delivery timelines for mobile games.
• Coordinate with design, art, development, QA, and marketing teams.
• Translate product vision into actionable plans, milestones, and sprints.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers.
• Ensure timely releases and smooth live operations.
• Monitor KPIs and support data‑driven decisions for updates and features.
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
• Drive team communication and agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in game production or project management for mobile games.
• Strong understanding of the mobile game development lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
• Good knowledge of free‑to‑play models, monetization, and live‑ops.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Nice to have: experience on live mobile titles, basic understanding of game design and analytics, passion for mobile games.
