Garment Finishing Production Specialist (5000 pcs capacity)

About the role

We are seeking a Garment Finishing Production Specialist to lead a high‑capacity finishing line of 5,000 pieces at our Pindi Bhattian facility. The role focuses on optimizing workflow, eliminating bottlenecks, and ensuring that every order meets strict quality and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the garment finishing production line to achieve the planned capacity while maintaining efficiency.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve bottlenecks in the production flow.
• Develop and execute production plans aligned with business targets and delivery timelines.
• Monitor product and process quality to comply with internal standards and customer expectations.
• Coordinate order closing according to the production schedule.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality control, logistics and other departments for seamless operations.
• Analyse production data and recommend improvements in finishing techniques and process flows.
• Apply industrial engineering principles to optimise resource use and minimise waste.
• Maintain documentation for production activities, quality assurance and audit purposes.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives aimed at productivity and product quality.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in garment finishing or related industrial engineering processes.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities to assess production lines.
• Proven capability to plan production schedules and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments without direct team management responsibilities.
