About the role
Citylink Travel is seeking a dedicated GDS Ticketing Specialist proficient in Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo to manage airline reservations, ticket issuance and related processes.
Key responsibilities
- Handle airline reservations and PNR creation/management using Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo.
- Issue, reissue, exchange, refund and void airline tickets while checking fare rules, availability and pricing.
- Manage schedule changes, ticketing issues and provide support to B2B travel agents via phone and email.
- Ensure compliance with airline/GDS rules, maintain accurate records and resolve booking issues efficiently.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in airline ticketing operations.
- Experience leading a small team (around five members) and coordinating workflow.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Sabre GDS.
- Proficiency with Amadeus GDS.
- Proficiency with Galileo GDS.
