About the role
This position manages a high‑volume product catalogue across Amazon, eBay and a Magento‑based website, ensuring listings are accurate, compliant and competitively priced. The role is execution‑focused and reports to the Marketplace Team Lead.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update listings on Amazon Seller Central, eBay and Magento, using flat files and templates.
- Resolve listing suppressions, errors, missing attributes and pricing issues.
- Handle FBA‑related tasks such as SKU setup, stranded inventory and returns‑related listing problems.
- Monitor account health, raise cases with Amazon support and escalate complex issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon listings in large catalogues.
- Strong attention to detail and process‑driven execution.
Required skills
- Amazon Seller Central.
- Bulk upload and flat‑file management.
- eBay listing tools.
- Magento e‑commerce platform.
- Microsoft Excel.
