GenAI Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a GenAI Engineer to build and optimise AI‑driven systems while automating the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle. You will translate client requirements into structured workflows and enable intelligent automation across development, QA and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Work on GenAI initiatives including organising, testing and improving AI‑driven systems.
• Build evaluation frameworks to assess and improve AI performance.
• Research and integrate state‑of‑the‑art open‑source AI models.
• Develop AI‑powered automation to convert client requirements into epics, tasks and workflows.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, agentic workflows and prompt‑engineering solutions.
• Build data pipelines and integration architectures for improved performance and reduced latency.
• Integrate AI systems with existing stack (Java backend, JavaScript MUI frontend, MongoDB & MySQL, cloud deployment).

Required profile

• BS in Data Sciences from a reputable university.
• 4–6+ years of professional experience, with 2–3+ years in AI/ML.
• Strong expertise in data processing, structuring and visualisation.
• Proven ability to deliver AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, ownership and communication skills.

Required skills

• Python (knowledge of .NET is a plus).
• SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MySQL).
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and vector databases.
• Experience with Java backend, JavaScript MUI frontend and cloud deployment.
• Ability to debug non‑deterministic AI systems and implement hallucination detection.
