About the role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our multi‑unit restaurant and catering operations. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and enhance overall business performance across dine‑in, takeaway, delivery, and event catering.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define and execute growth‑focused business strategy for both restaurant and catering functions.
- Oversee daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations across all outlets, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high service standards.
- Implement and maintain quality standards for food, hygiene, presentation, and conduct regular audits.
- Monitor customer satisfaction across all channels and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and introduce initiatives to improve profitability.
- Lead, develop, and engage restaurant management teams, handling hiring, performance management, and team motivation.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support growth.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, including multi‑unit leadership.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and service standards.
- Proven track record in business growth, operational improvements, or transformation projects.
