General Manager – Sales Leadership

About the role

The General Manager Sales will lead and drive the commercial performance of GetzLife, overseeing frontline sales operations and expanding the Healthcare Professional network. This senior role focuses on market expansion, customer engagement, and achieving financial targets in a fast‑evolving pharmaceutical market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and profitability.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitive activities, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead sales forecasting, territory planning, and target‑setting processes.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of business goals.
• Analyze sales performance data and implement corrective actions to optimize results.
• Design and implement effective HCP engagement strategies to expand and strengthen the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and strategic customers.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high‑performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, resources, and investments while maintaining financial discipline.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare ecosystem, customer dynamics and regulatory environment.
