Digital Sales Specialist

About the role

The Digital Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth by onboarding and scaling advertisers onto OLX’s digital advertising ecosystem. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to conversion, and help advertisers achieve measurable results across web and app properties.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard brands onto OLX’s digital advertising platform and manage end‑to‑end sales cycles.
• Develop and execute advertiser acquisition strategies across OLX categories.
• Sell and package OLX ad units, including display banners, native listings, video, rich media, and customized sponsorships.
• Conduct client presentations and demos showcasing audience, inventory, targeting, and measurement capabilities.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations, Product, Data, and Support teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Build long‑term relationships with advertisers and agencies to drive renewals, upsells, and cross‑sells.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
• Represent OLX at industry events, trade shows, and partner forums.
• Track sales KPIs, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy to meet revenue targets.
• Gather advertiser feedback to improve ad products and sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full sales cycles in digital advertising or related fields.
• Strong ability to develop acquisition strategies and build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for client demos and industry events.
• Analytical mindset to monitor performance metrics and derive insights.
