General Physician

About the role

The General Physician will deliver comprehensive medical services to the employees of Getz Pharma (Pvt) Ltd, ensuring their health and safety across all company facilities. This role combines outpatient care, preventive health screenings, and emergency response to support a healthy workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Provide OPD consultations, prescribe treatments, and supervise first‑aid care in emergencies, referring patients to hospitals when necessary.
• Conduct pre‑employment medical fitness examinations for new hires.
• Carry out regular health screening programmes (monthly, quarterly, bi‑annual and annual) in line with company SOPs.
• Review and scrutinise OPD insurance claims to ensure compliance with medical policy.
• Support internal, external and international audits from a medical perspective.
• Deliver first‑aid training to designated responders at each facility.
• Undertake any additional assignments delegated by senior management.

Required profile

• MBBS degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Ability to independently manage acute medical, surgical and cardiac emergencies.
