General Worker – Manufacturing

About the role

You will support day‑to‑day packing operations at GSK's Pakistan facility, working closely with operators, engineers and quality teams to keep production safe, reliable and efficient. The role offers on‑site learning, clear growth paths and the chance to contribute to a global biopharma mission.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tasks according to the plan provided by supervisors and management.
• Carry out operations in granulation, compression and coating areas.
• Ensure quality and EHS compliance by following QMS and EHS standards.
• Perform area/line clearance, changeovers and in‑process checks as required.
• Maintain all relevant production records and documentation.
• Operate machines, support production flow and complete assigned tasks on time.

Required profile

• Minimum DAE qualification or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging or an industrial environment.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and basic technical instructions.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic production equipment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work on‑site shifts.
• Basic spoken and written Urdu or English.
