General Worker – Packaging Operations

About the role
You will support day‑to‑day packing operations at GSK's Pakistan facility, working alongside operators, engineers and quality colleagues to keep production safe, reliable and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Execute tasks according to the plan provided by supervisors, including blistering, blowing, filling, packing and managing quarantine areas.
- Ensure quality and EHS compliance by following QMS and EHS standards, conduct area/line clearance, changeovers and in‑process checks.
- Maintain relevant production and packaging records, operate machines and support timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum DAE or graduate with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging or an industrial environment.
- Ability to read and follow written procedures, reliable attendance and willingness to work on‑site shifts.
- Basic spoken and written Urdu or English to follow procedures and report issues.
Required skills
- Use of hand tools and basic production equipment.
- Packaging operations knowledge.
- Understanding of GxP regulations, lean management and quality compliance.
