About the role

We are seeking a Remote Global Mobility Specialist on a contractor basis to support a leading AI platform. The role leverages your expertise in employee travel, cross‑border movement, and crisis management to help train next‑generation AI models with high‑quality, real‑world input.

Key responsibilities

• Design, draft, and review structured rubrics that teach AI models how to handle employee travel and cross‑border mobility scenarios.
• Synthesize complex mobility data and workflows into clear, actionable tasks for AI assessment and evaluation.
• Collaborate with HR, security, and communications teams to ensure alignment with organizational protocols and business continuity plans.
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in global mobility management, crisis management, and incident response.
• Analyze mobility data to inform business decisions and support business continuity planning.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in global mobility management, including policy development and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience in crisis management and incident response with a solid understanding of business continuity planning.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
