About the role

We are seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to join a leading AI company on a remote, contract basis. The role focuses on applying your expertise in international employee travel and cross‑border movement to train next‑generation AI models. You will work independently, collaborating with HR, security and communications teams to ensure accurate, real‑world data informs AI development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, draft and review structured rubrics that capture employee travel and cross‑border mobility scenarios for AI training.
• Synthesize complex mobility data and workflows into clear, actionable tasks for model assessment.
• Collaborate with HR, security and communications stakeholders to align AI inputs with organizational protocols and business continuity plans.
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in global mobility management, crisis management and incident response.
• Analyze mobility data to support business decisions and enhance continuity planning.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in global mobility management, including policy development and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of turning complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience in crisis management, incident response and business continuity planning.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
