About the role

We are seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. The role supports a leading AI company by providing domain expertise that helps train next‑generation AI models on employee travel, cross‑border movement, and business continuity scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Design, draft, and review structured rubrics for AI model training on employee travel and cross‑border mobility.
• Synthesize complex mobility data and workflows into clear, actionable tasks for AI assessment.
• Collaborate with HR, security, and communications teams to align AI inputs with organizational protocols.
• Develop and maintain expertise in global mobility management, crisis management, and incident response.
• Analyze mobility data to inform business decisions and support continuity planning.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in global mobility management, including policy development and implementation.
• Experience in crisis management and incident response with a strong understanding of business continuity planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
