Global Talent & Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling AI company looking for a proactive, AI‑native recruiting operator to own end‑to‑end hiring across multiple regions. This remote position requires you to build and manage talent pipelines, drive candidates through the offer process, and ensure a smooth onboarding handoff.

Key responsibilities

• Execute aggressive full‑cycle recruiting for diverse roles and geographies.
• Conduct proactive multi‑channel outreach (LinkedIn, cold channels, etc.) to generate pipeline.
• Maintain warm, engaged talent pools ready for immediate matching.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the process, not just transactionally.
• Own offer structuring, contract coordination, and signature collection.
• Handle onboarding handoff with line managers, focusing on contracts and initial integration.
• Leverage AI and automation tools for sourcing, enrichment, and large‑scale outreach.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years in talent acquisition or talent ops at a high‑growth startup or agency.
• Proven experience recruiting globally across multiple countries.
• Deep familiarity with AI‑driven sourcing and automation workflows.
• Aggressive, proactive mindset with a track record of building pipelines ahead of demand.
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and fully remote, async‑first work style.
• Bonus: knowledge of contractor/EOR and global employment structures.
