Go To Market Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Go‑to‑Market Engineer to bridge product, sales, and customer success. You will build and maintain the technical infrastructure that powers our revenue engine.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise integrations between sales/marketing tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, Gong) and internal systems.
• Create dashboards, reports and data pipelines for pipeline health and funnel metrics.
• Support Salesforce reporting and integrations across the tech stack.
• Develop internal tools and automations to reduce manual work for sales, CS and marketing.
• Partner with product and engineering to ensure smooth data flow between product and go‑to‑market systems.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and implement processes for clean CRM data.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a technical role supporting sales, marketing or revenue operations.
• Experience with B2B SaaS sales processes and metrics (MQLs, pipeline stages, ARR).
• Comfort working cross‑functionally with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving instincts and bias toward shipping solutions quickly.

Required skills

• Salesforce reporting and maintenance.
• Python or JavaScript scripting/programming.
• API integrations and familiarity with GTM stack tools.
