Go-to-Market Engineer / Software Developer (Remote, Pakistan)

About the role

We are a UK‑based recruitment firm building an AI‑powered messaging system to connect lawyers with top‑tier opportunities. As the fourth member of a four‑person remote team in Pakistan, you will design, develop and maintain the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market automation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and optimise AI prompts to generate personalised candidate messages and perform lead scoring.
• Configure and customise Salesforce (Apex, Flow, SOQL, Lightning) to manage leads, automate workflows and build performance dashboards.
• Integrate Salesforce with external tools such as Mailchimp, LinkedIn APIs and Zapier using REST, OAuth and webhooks.
• Embed third‑party services (Calendly, Google Analytics) into the platform for seamless operations.
• Develop low‑code/no‑code workflows, dashboards or prototypes using Zapier, Airtable or Bubble.
• Recruit, coordinate and oversee freelancers on Upwork for ad‑hoc tasks like data cleaning or API fixes.
• Document processes and create clear guides for the UK team and part‑time operations manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong English communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Proven ability to solve problems quickly and learn new tools.
• Experience managing freelancers or remote contributors.
