Google Merchant Center & Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Google Merchant Center & Digital Marketing Specialist to boost the visibility and performance of multiple laboratory‑focused e‑commerce sites. You will manage product feeds, run Google Shopping campaigns, and lead broader SEM and SEO initiatives to drive qualified traffic and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Google Merchant Center accounts and product feeds.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Shopping campaigns for maximum ROAS.
• Integrate e‑commerce platforms to ensure seamless data synchronization with Merchant Center.
• Plan and execute SEM and PPC campaigns across Google Ads.
• Analyse traffic, conversions, and ad performance using Google Analytics and related tools.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on‑page, off‑page, technical).
• Collaborate with content, IT, and web development teams to improve product descriptions and technical SEO.
• Track campaign budgets, report on ROI, and stay current with industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Proven track record managing Google Merchant Center and Google Shopping campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
