About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to transform business objectives into distinctive, high‑quality visual work. The role blends strong design fundamentals with modern AI‑assisted workflows, allowing you to develop ideas from scratch to polished final execution.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business objectives, marketing goals, and creative briefs into original visual concepts.
• Develop creative ideas and visual directions across web, social media, paid advertising, presentations, and campaigns, including static and motion content.
• Create campaign concepts, moodboards, visual systems, and design directions while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools for ideation, image generation, prototyping, and production, refining outputs to meet professional standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams, manage multiple projects, and stay current with design trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic, digital, or brand design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional concept development, typography, layout, branding, and digital design.
• Ability to generate original concepts, balance creative experimentation with business objectives, and defend design decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail, visual polish, and ability to work collaboratively with feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered creative and design tools.
