Graphic Designer – Digital Marketing Focus

About the role

Sparc Digital Solution is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to produce visual content that enhances client brands and supports digital marketing initiatives. The role is full-time, based on-site in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, paid-advertising creatives, website graphics, landing-page visuals, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Develop consistent visual concepts that follow client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Create design variations for different platforms, audiences and advertising formats.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and development teams to understand briefs, meet deadlines and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain organized source files and ensure final artwork meets quality, sizing and export requirements.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools is a plus.
• Strong grasp of typography, colour theory, composition, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Portfolio demonstrating original concepts, brand-focused design and polished digital execution.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate marketing goals into clear visual communication.
• Familiarity with platform specifications, file formats, image optimisation and basic responsive design principles.

What we offer
