Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the role

A laptop and IT products retail business is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Video Editor to produce high-quality visual content. The role covers marketing creatives, promotional videos, social media content and visual assets for product launches, digital campaigns, e-commerce platforms and in-store promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Design a corporate brand manual for the parent brand and its sub-brands, and create graphics for laptops, PCs, components, accessories and more
• Create banners, advertisements, discount offers, seasonal campaigns, social media posts, website banners, landing pages and in-store materials
• Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and others, including product showcases, unboxings, comparisons and explainers, with motion graphics and subtitles
• Support the social content and PR manager with content calendars and ad creatives for Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Guide the product videographer or photographer on angles, lighting and composition, and organize raw product images
• Maintain brand consistency, check product specs and prices, and manage multiple projects and deadlines

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, diploma or professional training in graphic design, multimedia, animation or film production; a strong portfolio may substitute
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, video editing or multimedia content production
• Preferred: experience with laptop retailers, computer hardware, gaming products or consumer electronics, and knowledge of laptop specs

• AI video and photo production tools
• Social media formats, video aspect ratios and export settings
