Architect / 3D Signage Designer (Outsource)

About the role

An outsourcing unit in NASTP, Karachi is hiring an Architect / 3D Signage Designer to work on commercial branding and signage projects. The role combines design skills with technical expertise to deliver visually compelling, fabrication-ready solutions. It is an on-site position with a shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, and the expected salary is PKR 150,000 to 200,000 per month for candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, space layouts and design proposals based on client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Create 3D models and realistic renders of dimensional lettering, illuminated signs, logos and branded displays.
• Prepare technical drawings, dimensions, material specifications and production-ready documentation.
• Recommend materials, finishes, lighting solutions and fabrication methods.
• Collaborate with fabrication teams, engineers and vendors to ensure design feasibility and accurate installation.
• Review designs for technical accuracy, quality and compliance with client specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural design, 3D signage, environmental graphics or commercial visualization.
• Understanding of signage materials, illumination, fabrication processes and installation requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity and ability to meet project deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar design software.
• Strong 3D modeling, photorealistic rendering and technical drafting.
