Growth Partner – Social Media & Graphic Design (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Growth Partner to lead our social media presence while delivering eye‑catching graphic designs. This fully remote, full‑time position blends strategic content planning with hands‑on design work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms as needed.
• Create engaging posts, stories, reels, thumbnails and banners.
• Design high‑quality graphics using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Write clear, brand‑aligned captions and schedule posts.
• Monitor performance, engage with followers and respond to comments/messages.
• Analyze insights and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Strong graphic design portfolio.
• Hands‑on experience with Canva; Adobe tools are a plus.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, hashtags and analytics.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work independently.
