Guest Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a professional Guest Service Officer to act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors in our luxury residential community in Lahore. The role involves delivering a warm, welcoming experience while handling enquiries, coordinating services, and ensuring the lobby operates smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for residents, visitors, and guests, providing a courteous and professional welcome.
• Respond promptly to resident enquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate with building management, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and external service providers to fulfil resident requests.
• Manage visitor access, registrations, deliveries, and parcel handling in line with community policies.
• Provide information on local amenities, transportation, restaurants, events, and other concierge services.
• Assist with resident move‑ins, move‑outs, and onboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain the lobby and reception area to high standards of presentation and professionalism.
• Handle telephone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.
• Keep accurate records of resident interactions, service requests, visitor logs, and incident reports.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the resident experience and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality or Property Management preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, residential services, or other customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good knowledge of local services, entertainment, and amenities.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality, or concierge environment is highly preferred.
