Head of Business Development – Pakistan

About the role

DevoraOne is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead its market entry in Pakistan. You will be responsible for introducing the company to key decision‑makers across the corporate, mid‑market, enterprise and government sectors, building relationships, generating opportunities and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage senior decision‑makers in corporations, SMEs, multinationals, financial institutions and government bodies.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of commercial opportunities across mid‑market and enterprise segments.
• Close sales engagements of varying sizes, balancing fast‑moving mid‑market cycles with longer government procurement processes.
• Own the full sales function for the Pakistan market and, once established, recruit and lead a local sales team.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of enterprise or mid‑market sales experience in Pakistan.
• Direct relationships with business owners, C‑suite leaders and senior decision‑makers across Pakistani corporates, SMEs, multinationals, financial institutions or government bodies.
• Proven track record of independently closing deals of various sizes.
• Comfortable navigating both rapid mid‑market sales cycles and lengthy government procurement processes.
• Based in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad preferred).
