Head of Community Growth (Mobile Subscription App)

About the role

INEXOR, an AI-focused technology company behind the financial insights product WealthNX AI, is looking for a proactive, research-driven Head of Community Growth to build WealthNX's presence across online communities, attract relevant users and establish sustainable organic growth channels. The role is based in Islamabad, Pakistan, full-time and on-site, targeting a United States audience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run a Reddit community engagement strategy: monitor discussions, create helpful posts and comments, respect subreddit rules, and introduce WealthNX only when relevant and permitted.
• Research competitor discussions and identify beta testers, early adopters and product advocates; maintain a database of subreddits and engagement outcomes.
• Track Reddit activity's impact on website visits, app registrations, activation and retention, and experiment with content formats.
• Turn community engagement into qualified traffic and registered users by analysing the path from discovery to first product interaction and removing barriers.
• Support organic growth on other platforms: Quora, Facebook Groups, Discord, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and other forums.

Required profile

• 5-10 years of experience in digital community management, organic growth, user acquisition or growth marketing.
• Practical experience with Reddit and its culture, plus strong written English suited to a US audience.
• Excellent research skills and an understanding of organic acquisition funnels.
• Preferred: experience growing a consumer app, SaaS, fintech or tech startup, and with Quora, Facebook Groups, Discord, X, LinkedIn or similar platforms.
