Head of Delivery – SI, Cybersecurity & Managed Services

About the role

The Head of Delivery leads end‑to‑end technical delivery of systems integration, cybersecurity and managed services for enterprise, financial services and public‑sector customers across Pakistan. Reporting to the Head of Delivery & Services, the role combines senior technical authority with people‑leadership to build a multi‑vendor delivery practice.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer‑facing SI, cybersecurity and managed‑services delivery, ensuring solution integrity, design validation and technical sign‑off from kickoff to customer acceptance.
• Lead complex technical escalations, represent Jazz technically in critical customer interventions, and manage delivery outcomes (scope, schedule, quality, risk, margin).
• Develop and execute a hiring plan, build a certified engineering team, and define skills matrices and certification roadmaps.
• Govern security certifications and enterprise GRC compliance (ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS, State Bank of Pakistan expectations) for both platforms and customer engagements.

Required profile

• 15+ years of enterprise technology delivery experience, with at least 5 years leading multi‑disciplinary technical teams of 15+ engineers.
• Proven track record of building and retaining technical teams while delivering large‑scale, multi‑vendor integration programmes to formal customer acceptance.
• Experience managing managed‑services contracts with SLA, penalty and revenue‑recognition responsibilities.

Required skills

• Enterprise networking, data‑centre infrastructure, compute, storage, backup and network security.
• Hands‑on expertise with virtualization, SDN/SD‑WAN, GPU‑capable infrastructure and air‑gapped backup solutions.
• Security certifications and frameworks: ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS, CISSP (or equivalent).
• Technical certifications such as CCIE, HCIE or equivalent; PMP, PRINCE2 or ITIL are a plus.
