Head of Direct Bookings Growth

About the role

RivetStays is building a premium short‑ and mid‑term rental brand and needs a hands‑on growth leader to own the entire direct‑booking funnel. This role is heavily focused on leveraging AI tools to design, test, and ship growth experiments at speed.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable direct‑booking revenue growth.
• Design, build, and optimise landing pages and booking funnels.
• Manage paid‑media campaigns across Google, Meta and retargeting platforms.
• Improve SEO and organic traffic acquisition.
• Develop lifecycle campaigns (email/SMS) to increase repeat bookings.
• Create automated marketing systems using AI‑driven workflows.
• Continuously test and improve conversion rates.
• Contribute to the direct‑booking website using Next.js, Vercel and AI‑assisted coding.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth or a related field.
• Strong track record with paid ads and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Highly independent and able to execute quickly.
• Daily user of AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex or ChatGPT.
• Deep understanding of AI‑assisted workflows and automations.
• Technical aptitude to direct AI coding tools, troubleshoot and ship work without senior‑engineer support.
• Fast problem‑solver; hospitality or travel experience is a plus.
