Head of Information Technology (Night Shift)

About the role

The Head of Information Technology will lead the company’s technology strategy, overseeing digital transformation, infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT operations on a night‑shift schedule. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures secure, scalable and efficient systems that support business continuity and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
• Manage servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, databases and enterprise systems.
• Ensure high availability, performance, scalability and reliability of all IT services.
• Oversee ERP, HRMS, CRM and other business applications.
• Design and implement robust cybersecurity frameworks and data‑protection measures.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management and disaster‑recovery planning.
• Lead incident response, business continuity and day‑to‑day IT operations.
• Define service standards, SLAs and manage the IT helpdesk.
• Handle vendor management, technology procurement and contract negotiations.
• Drive enterprise‑wide technology projects, managing timelines, budgets and stakeholder communication.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing IT team, including succession planning and performance management.
• Prepare and monitor the annual IT budget, optimizing costs and evaluating ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems and cloud technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, AWS, Microsoft or Cisco are a plus.
