Head of Institutional Sales & Employee Banking

About the role

Bank of Khyber is hiring a Head of Institutional Sales and Employee Banking for its RBG business unit, based in Peshawar. The role leads the strategy and growth of Institutional Sales and Employee Banking, drives acquisition of new institutional clients and builds strong relationships with C-level executives of target institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall strategy for Institutional Sales and Employee Banking to achieve business targets.
• Drive acquisition of new institutional clients for payroll, salary disbursement and corporate employee banking propositions.
• Work with Product, Branch Banking and Consumer Assets teams to design customized employee banking propositions.
• Ensure deep cross-selling of all retail banking products within the acquired institutional base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives of target institutions.
• Lead the team in building a robust pipeline of institutions from public sector, private sector and MNCs.

Required profile

• Graduation; a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Banking or another relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign university is preferred.
• 15 years of commercial banking experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Islamic banking experience is an added advantage.
