Investment Advisor - Real Estate

About the role

IMARAT, a UK-based private property development group operating subsidiaries in the UK and Pakistan, is hiring a full-time, on-site Investment Advisor in Peshawar. The advisor guides clients on real estate investment opportunities across the group's project portfolio, matching recommendations to clients' financial goals and risk profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial assessments and develop tailored investment strategies.
• Prepare proposals and present investment options clearly and professionally.
• Hold regular client meetings, follow up and maintain long-term relationships through responsive service and ongoing portfolio reviews.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams, stay updated on market trends and help achieve revenue and growth targets.

Required profile

• Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field; investment or financial advisory certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in investment advisory, banking, real estate sales or financial services in a client-facing role is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work ethically, meet targets and adapt to a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
