Head of Marketing

About the role

Sowears, a fast‑growing modest fashion brand with both e‑commerce and physical retail presence, is entering a new phase of structured brand building. The Head of Marketing will lead the transformation of its marketing function, overseeing offline brand activation, influencer collaborations and performance marketing to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute offline brand activations, events, collaborations, pop‑ups and store launch marketing, managing budgets and ROI tracking.
• Develop and refine brand positioning, messaging, brand book and marketing guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Lead influencer marketing strategy, managing relationships and campaign execution.
• Oversee performance marketing initiatives, driving paid media and acquisition efforts.
• Build structured SOPs for event execution, post‑event reporting and cross‑functional alignment.
• Measure impact of campaigns on brand awareness, store traffic and sales uplift.

Required profile

• Senior marketing leader with proven experience in offline events, brand building, influencer and performance marketing.
• Ability to work independently, drive initiatives with minimal supervision and deliver measurable results.
• Strong track record of managing internal teams and external partners such as malls, agencies and PR networks.
• Excellent organizational skills to develop activation calendars, budgets and ROI analyses.
