About the role

Mint Rewards is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing & Partnership to lead the development of brand collaborations and sponsorships for its sustainability‑focused rewards platform. This senior, full‑time position will shape partnership strategy, drive revenue growth, and champion the company’s environmental mission.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute partnership strategies to attract brands and businesses to the rewards program.
• Identify, negotiate, and close sponsorship deals that support Mint Rewards’ initiatives.
• Create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective partners.
• Build and nurture relationships with CMOs, sustainability, CSR teams, and brand managers.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align partnerships with overall business goals.
• Monitor partnership performance, report on metrics, and ensure targets are met.
• Stay informed on industry trends to uncover new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in creative marketing, account management, or related fields.
• Significant agency background with a proven track record in PR and sponsorship sales.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior‑level executives and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation capabilities.
• Passion for sustainability and a results‑oriented mindset.
