Head of Marketing Training

About the role

The Head of Marketing Training leads the design, development, and delivery of strategic learning initiatives for the Marketing function. This senior role builds organizational capability, aligns training with business objectives, and partners with leaders across Pakistan and international affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a marketing training and development strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead organizational development initiatives that support capability building and business transformation.
• Introduce innovative learning methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and translate findings into structured learning interventions.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve programs for product management, brand management, and leadership.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Manage the annual Marketing Training Calendar and deliver programs for Assistant Product Managers, Product Managers, Brand Managers, Business Unit Managers, and other marketing professionals.
• Partner with business heads to identify capability gaps and recommend solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Develop and monitor training budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization and ROI.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.
