Head of Master's Program

About the role

The Catalyst Group is hiring a Head of Master's Program on behalf of its client, Dream 3, a leading education consultancy in Pakistan. The role leads Dream 3's postgraduate admissions services, guiding students who want to pursue master's degrees at leading international universities. The ideal candidate combines first-hand international education experience with strong leadership, research and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Dream 3's master's admissions counselling services, ensuring high-quality guidance for students studying abroad.
• Provide comprehensive guidance on international postgraduate admissions, including university selection, programme requirements, application timelines and eligibility criteria.
• Help students identify suitable universities and master's programmes based on their academic background, career goals and preferences.
• Develop a strong understanding of admissions processes in the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and other key destinations.
• Stay up to date on admissions policies, deadlines, programme offerings and changes in postgraduate entry requirements.
• Provide personalised counselling and mentorship throughout the application process, with timely follow-ups and effective application management.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience; experience in international education or postgraduate admissions is an advantage.
• Master's degree from a reputable international university (US/UK).
• In-depth understanding of the full international master's admissions process, from selection to admission decisions.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with strong counselling, communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organised and student-centred approach, with a genuine interest in mentoring students.
