Head of Operations & Systems

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Operations & Systems to lead the operational engine of our fast‑growing UK‑based accountancy practice with teams in the UK and Pakistan. Reporting directly to the Founder & Managing Partner, you will shape how the business runs, drive system improvements and champion AI‑enabled automation while working on UK working hours from our Islamabad/Rawalpindi office.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end business operations across UK and Pakistan teams.
• Manage and optimise the HubSpot CRM platform.
• Design, implement and continuously improve business systems and processes.
• Define operational KPIs, build dashboards and monitor performance.
• Lead client onboarding and workflow optimisation initiatives.
• Drive AI and automation projects to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects and ensure operational accountability.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
