Head of Product - Fintech

About the role

Creative Chaos is looking for a Head of Product to drive product strategy, technical execution, and client engagement across its fintech and telco payment solutions. You will balance business outcomes with deep technical involvement to shape roadmaps, align engineering, and deliver revenue‑generating products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for mass‑transit tap‑and‑pay, telco top‑up, and digital wallet platforms.
• Translate market and client needs into clear technical specifications and execution plans.
• Partner with key clients (telcos, banks, transit authorities) to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation.
• Act as Engagement Manager from onboarding through live operations, collaborating with sales on proposals and commercial packages.
• Own the product‑technical interface, working with engineering on architecture trade‑offs, scalability, API orchestration, and platform roadmap.
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and QA cycles for mission‑critical components.

Required profile

• Strong technical background (CS degree or equivalent) with ability to discuss architecture and integration.
• 8+ years in product, delivery, or solutions roles, including at least 3 years in fintech, payments, or telco‑focused companies.
• Proven client‑facing leadership, managing discovery, design, delivery, and support.
• Commercial acumen with understanding of product P&L, pricing, GTM, and monetisation.
• Prior leadership experience in high‑growth startups or emerging markets.
