Head of Sales & Distribution – FMCG Business

About the role

The Head of Sales & Distribution – FMCG Business will lead the nationwide sales and distribution function for our fast‑moving consumer goods portfolio from our Karachi headquarters. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead, coach and performance‑manage a multi‑regional sales and distribution team.
• Set, monitor and achieve sales targets, analysing market data and KPIs.
• Optimize route‑to‑market, trade‑marketing initiatives and inventory management.
• Collaborate with key accounts, distributors and internal functions such as marketing, production, finance and operations.
• Forecast demand, identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement in sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in FMCG sales and distribution leadership.
• Strong account management and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
• Advanced analytical ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for planning and analysis.
