Head of Strategy & Operational Excellence

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to own and continuously improve the operating system that powers the entire company. Reporting directly to the founders and senior functional leaders, this hands‑on role will translate strategic priorities into executable programmes, streamline cross‑functional workflows, and embed data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Translate founder and company priorities into clear programmes, owners, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Establish company‑wide planning, review, decision‑making and accountability mechanisms.
• Design organisational structures, decision rights, reporting lines and escalation routes.
• Own the process‑improvement and transformation roadmap, identifying bottlenecks, duplication and revenue leakage.
• Redesign critical workflows across Sales, Integrations, Partner Success, Finance, Supply Chain, Technology and People.
• Build KPI and scorecard architecture, define metric definitions and improve data quality.
• Lead the BI/Data function to surface risks, root causes and opportunities.
• Identify high‑value automation opportunities, work with Technology to redesign workflows and drive adoption of internal platforms.
• Oversee organisational design, role clarity, performance‑review standards and succession planning.
• Lead People & Office functions, ensuring clear line‑management and high‑performing teams.

Required profile

• Senior, company‑wide leadership experience with a track record of turning strategy into execution.
• Proven ability to work directly with founders and senior functional leaders.
• Strong expertise in operational modelling, process transformation and performance reporting.
• Experience driving cross‑functional initiatives across sales, finance, supply chain, technology and people functions.
• Demonstrated capability to embed technology and automation into everyday workflows.
