Head of Supply Chain

About the role

Rewayat Restaurant is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results‑driven Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain operations across its restaurant network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee procurement, vendor negotiations, inventory control, logistics and distribution to ensure timely availability of quality ingredients and supplies.
• Establish inventory management systems, monitor costs, ensure food safety compliance and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in restaurant, hospitality or FMCG.
• Proven track record in vendor negotiations, multi‑location operations and cost optimisation.

Required skills

• Strong leadership, strategic planning and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory or procurement management systems.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and reporting skills with knowledge of food safety and traceability requirements.
