Health Representative (Vaccines, Lahore)

About the role

Pfizer is hiring a Health Representative in Lahore for its Vaccines division, reporting to the Health Rep Manager. The representative visits doctors and health professionals in an assigned territory to promote Pfizer products and increase prescriptions.

Key responsibilities

• Call on practicing physicians, hospitals and other health-related organisations in the assigned territory and make professional presentations on approved product indications to increase prescriptions.
• Prepare and maintain doctors' and chemists' contact lists and call records, and submit weekly and monthly call plans and call reports to the Health Rep Manager.
• Follow the approved tour programme, present coverage in scheduled meetings and arrange product group meetings with doctors to discuss products in detail.
• Update knowledge on competitive products and report competitive promotional and marketing moves to the manager and marketing group.
• Coordinate with distributors for stock availability at retail outlets and follow plans to increase prescription flow from identified doctors.
• Forward technical queries from doctors to the Medical Division and report on own promotional activities.
• Maintain proper dress, records, detailing kit and vehicle, and submit expenses and leave plans on time.

Required profile

• Science graduate; Pharm.D preferred.
• Fresh graduates or 6 months to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred.
