Healthcare Consultant – Remote AI Training Contractor

About the role

We are seeking licensed healthcare professionals to join a global AI‑focused client on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will apply your clinical expertise to create high‑quality training data that helps shape next‑generation artificial‑intelligence models in the medical field.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and annotate medical images and videos across a range of specialties.
• Develop challenging, clinically‑relevant questions based on visual content to enrich AI training datasets.
• Tag each annotation task with appropriate categories and sub‑categories for accurate routing.
• Provide detailed feedback on AI‑generated outputs to improve model reliability.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to identify gaps in medical knowledge representation.

Required profile

• Valid healthcare license or certification (e.g., nursing, medicine, public health, allied health).
• Strong clinical knowledge in anatomy, physiology, nutrition, public health, or related domains.
• Experience with medical imaging analysis or clinical decision‑making is highly preferred.
• Ability to interpret complex visual medical data and formulate precise training questions.

Required skills

• Familiarity with medical terminology, pathology, and evidence‑based practices.
