Healthcare Provider Recruiter (Remote, US Healthcare)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Provider Recruiter to join our remote team. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants across the United States, working US business hours from Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract US‑based psychiatrists, NPs and PAs using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, job boards and ATS.
• Conduct phone screenings to assess clinical background, licensure, compensation expectations and cultural fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed summaries.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain continuous communication with candidates.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of passive and active providers.
• Track recruiting metrics and keep ATS records up to date.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on workforce needs.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting US healthcare providers.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare recruiting, including W‑2, 1099 or locum roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet home office.
