About the role

EverestX is seeking proactive individuals to work as Recruitment Specialists on a part‑time, remote basis. You will source and engage US‑based candidates, guiding them through the application process.

Key responsibilities

Reach out to US‑based candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
Engage with candidates to understand their career goals.
Facilitate a seamless application process for candidates.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract top talent.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.

Required profile

Active LinkedIn profile (minimum 1 year old) with 300+ connections.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
Availability 3 hours daily, 8:00 PM–11:00 PM Pakistan Time.
Prior recruitment or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Performance‑based compensation: PKR 30,000–60,000 per month, paid bi‑monthly.
