About the role

This remote position focuses on evaluating healthcare AI solutions for accuracy, compliance, and real‑world applicability. You will use your deep knowledge of clinical workflows and regulatory standards to validate and refine AI models before they are deployed, directly influencing patient safety and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI models for clinical relevance, data integrity, and adherence to medical standards.
• Validate model outputs against established healthcare guidelines and industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
• Provide detailed feedback on model limitations, edge cases, and potential biases.
• Document evaluation findings and contribute to reports for model refinement and regulatory submissions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare systems, clinical operations, or health informatics.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and FDA guidelines for medical AI.
• Ability to interpret clinical datasets and medical terminologies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating AI models in healthcare or related domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical feedback to non‑technical stakeholders.
