About the role

This position evaluates healthcare AI solutions for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and real‑world applicability. Your work will directly influence patient safety, operational efficiency, and the reliability of emerging medical technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess healthcare AI models for clinical relevance, data integrity, and adherence to medical standards.
• Validate model outputs against established healthcare guidelines and industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
• Provide detailed feedback on model limitations, edge cases, and potential biases in healthcare applications.
• Document evaluation findings and contribute to reports that inform model refinement and regulatory submissions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare systems, clinical operations, or health informatics.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, FDA guidelines for medical AI, or equivalent standards.
• Ability to interpret clinical datasets and medical terminologies (e.g., ICD‑10, SNOMED CT).
• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating AI models in healthcare or related domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical feedback to non‑technical stakeholders.
