Hiring Manager – International Recruitment (Hybrid, Karachi)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Hiring Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our international clients. Based in Karachi, you will work on a hybrid schedule, overseeing full‑cycle hiring, mentoring junior recruiters and driving high‑quality placements across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for international clients, managing multiple priority vacancies.
• Source and engage top‑tier passive candidates across various sectors.
• Conduct structured interviews, assessments and negotiate offers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with client success managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Mentor and develop junior recruiters, fostering team growth.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and generate recruitment reports.
• Achieve placement and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience with a proven track record.
• Experience hiring across multiple industries and managing client relationships.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Karachi.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter for passive candidate sourcing.
